Subscription Terms

Welcome to your Turimere ritual. This page explains how our subscription program works — what you're agreeing to, what we're promising, and how you can change or cancel anytime. We wrote it in plain language because you deserve to know exactly what you're signing up for.

1. What you're signing up for
When you select "Subscribe & Save 15%" on any Turimere product, you're enrolling in an auto-renewing subscription for that product. This means:
- We'll ship you the product on the delivery frequency you chose (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks)
- We'll automatically charge the credit card or payment method on file for each delivery
- You save 15% off the product's regular price on every order — not just the first
- Your first order ships with a free 5-pack of our Luxe Vitamin C Brightening Face Masks ($15 value) as a welcome gift
- You get free shipping on every subscription order (regardless of order total)
The product, cadence, and price you chose at checkout are shown in your order confirmation and in your customer account portal.
2. Auto-renewal disclosure (important)
Your subscription automatically renews and re-charges your payment method at the frequency you selected, until you cancel it. There is no fixed end date. There is no minimum commitment — you can cancel after your first order.
Before each renewal:
- We send you an email 7 days before your next charge, so you have time to skip, edit, or cancel that shipment
- We send another email 1 day before as a final reminder
What we charge:
- The product price at the time of renewal (minus your 15% subscription discount)
- Applicable sales tax based on your shipping address
- $0 shipping (free on all subscription orders)
If your card is declined: we'll retry the charge on days 1, 3, and 5. If it still fails, we'll pause your subscription and email you to update your payment method. Nothing ships until the payment goes through.
3. Your controls — skip, pause, cancel, edit
You have full control over your subscription at any time, from your customer account portal at turimere.com/account or by emailing support@turimere.com.
You can:
- Skip an upcoming order (up to 24 hours before your next billing date)
- Pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days
- Change the delivery frequency (switch between 4, 6, or 8 weeks)
- Swap the product for another Turimere subscription product at the same price tier
- Update your shipping address anytime — the address on file at the time of billing is what we ship to
- Update your payment method anytime
- Cancel your subscription completely, with no fees, no minimum commitment, no phone call required
Cancellation takes effect immediately. No future charges will be processed once you cancel. If you cancel between orders, we won't refund your last order (it already shipped), but you also won't be charged again.
4. 30-day glow guarantee
If you're not happy with your first Turimere subscription order for any reason, message us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it — no questions asked. You don't need to send the product back.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription order only. For subsequent orders, we handle refunds and issues case-by-case — we're small, we care, and we've never left a customer unresolved.
5. Free gift on first order
Your first subscription order ships with a free 5-pack of our Luxe Vitamin C Brightening Face Masks ($15 value). This is a real product from our line, packed by hand.
Notes:
- The free gift is only included on your first order — subsequent renewals do not include it
- If you cancel your subscription and re-subscribe later, you are eligible for the free gift again on your new first order
- If we're out of stock of the Vit C Mask (rare), we'll substitute with our Lip Mask + Cleansing Pads combo (equal or greater value) and note it in your shipment
6. Product substitutions & availability
We occasionally sell out of products because we're a small operation and every batch is made in small runs. If we can't fulfill a subscription order because of a stock issue:
- We'll email you within 48 hours to let you know
- We'll offer to swap for a similar product at the same price, delay your delivery until we restock, or pause your subscription until further notice
- If we substitute, we'll only do so with your explicit approval — we won't ship you something you didn't ask for
7. Changes to pricing or terms
We reserve the right to update product prices or these subscription terms. If we change your subscription price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect so you can decide whether to keep, adjust, or cancel your subscription before the new price applies. Existing subscriptions are grandfathered at your current price until the notice window ends.
8. State-specific auto-renewal disclosures
For customers in California, New York, Vermont, Oregon, Illinois, or the District of Columbia (state auto-renewal laws): Your subscription is automatic and continuous and will renew at the frequency and price described in your order confirmation until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, without penalty, by logging into your account at turimere.com/account or by emailing support@turimere.com. We will send you an annual reminder with your subscription details, cancellation instructions, and any recent price changes.
9. Shipping, taxes, and delivery
- Free shipping applies to every subscription order in the United States
- International subscriptions are not yet available (subscribe to our email list for updates)
- Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground
- Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applied at checkout for each subscription order
- We ship from Massachusetts, USA
